Lease Administrator Associate

This role offers you the opportunity to make an impact within the leasing function and showcase your potential to grow and learn as our Company continues to evolve.
In this hands-on global role, you will input, maintain, organize and report on information regarding lease dates, dollar values, financial and legal terms utilizing a database.

The Requirements:-

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with a concentration in Accounting, Finance or Real Estate, or a Paralegal Certification preferred.

The Role:-

• Input and maintain contract data.
• Contract management
• Prepare and distribute critical date reports, maintain tickler system for tracking important dates and tasks.
• Calculate and apply Consumer Price Index (CPI) and Retail Price Index (RPI) adjustments.
• Prepare and update lease abstracts.
• Provide analysis and interpretation of contract data to internal parties.
• Facilitate implementation of the Company’s quote to cash process for EMEA Colocation.

Requires:-

• High level of commitment to customer service, whether co-workers or customers.
• Knowledge of lease, financial and Real Estate terms and principles.
• Strong excel skills
• Ability to calculate intermediate figures.
• Advanced organizational skills, attention to detail and an openness to new ideas and procedures.
• Intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
