Service Desk Team Leader - Permanent - Marlow

The Service Desk Team Leader has responsibility for ensuring that the levels of productivity, efficiency and quality of delivery of all Service Desk services, are continually assessed and improved to support customer retention and to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Service Desk Team Leader is also expected to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers and to be the primary escalation point for service related incidents and customer complaints.

You'll be involved in the day to day leadership and supervision of the Service Desk team to ensure that the delivery of services exceed customer expectations and meets defined service level agreements, ensuring that processes are implemented and continually improved in line with the Strategic and Operational Objectives to support business growth, customer retention and improve efficiencies whilst complying with legislative, security and data protection policies and be the primary point of escalation and to proactively manage and ensure timely resolution of service related incidents and customer complaints.

The Service Desk Team Leader will have a proven track record in a customer support or customer service led role with working experience of multiple technologies
