We are currently looking for the following:

- Oracle HCM Cloud Project Manager
- Location - South London
- Duration - 3 - 6 Months extensions
- Rate - £500 - £550 per day.

Dimensions of the Role
• Develop plans to ensure of plans to ensure all necessary preparation and execution tasks and dependencies are included.
• Deliver and manage of plans across HR & Payroll through to go live and BAU handover.
• Manage all aspects of specific work packages.
• Work collaboratively with systems integration partner (SI), project team and internal stakeholders to complete the detailed design phase to time and quality; working with the SI to secure stakeholder sign-off at all stages.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure Design; Delivery; Technical Build; testing; reporting requirements etc are managed and delivered to date and time.
• Work with key stakeholders to manage the deployment of all aspects of the project assigned to Identify and mitigate potential risks for delivery of products
• Ensure there are resources and skills within the programme's individual projects
• Operate as a full member of the team; supporting the Programme manager and other team members as directed
• Project Manage all aspects of assigned work packages
• Manage communications with all stakeholders
• Manage risks to the programme's successful outcome
• Execution of the high level plan through to Go Live and BAU handover.

Key experience/skills
• Proven experience managing ERP implementations including managing key business users assigned to work with a SI or the technical configuration team.
• Experience of Support for the technical team ledworking collaboratively with a SI to process of development of high-level designs leading on to the detailed design and configuration; management of business issues and decisions arising from configuration choices and resolution with key stakeholders in the business
• Experience of working with/implementing HR and payroll processes
• Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling project workstreams within a wider programmes
• Experience of developing change impact assessments working with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Experience of summarising and explaining technical and process issues and choices for senior stakeholders in the context of obtaining prompt guidance on policy and system design.
• Good knowledge of programme and project management methods e.g Agile /PRINCE2
• Experience in the delivery of projects; with particular emphasis on the management of suppliers and stakeholders
• Experience of governance and risk control frameworks
• Good planning and organisational skills
• Good knowledge of resource allocation procedures
• Experience of stakeholder management at all levels, including senior stakeholder management
• Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, must be a team player and able to work with and through others
• Able to grasp and articulate the project vision and objectives quickly and efficiently and positively communicate this with the project team and its stakeholders.
• As a team builder, the skills to be able to get the best from the team resource, which may be spread over many projects. They will be able to empathise with the team, while growing team spirit and increasing team performance.
• Capable of being able to demonstrate full and detailed understanding of the project scope in terms of functionality, its finance and delivery plan
• Subsequently be able to demonstrate control of the project, whilst being proactive with planning and RAID management, delivering management information as required
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to persuade and influence senior decision-making
• Experience of working in a large complex organisation
• Good Planning and organisational skills
• Effective leadership, people and communication skills
• Experience of Oracle Fusion/Oracle Cloud ERP implementation is desirable.
• Knowledge of payroll and HR processes and policies would be desirable
• Experience of the Oracle CRP design and configuration approach is desirable
