Due to massive expansion a World leading Data Centre / Co-Location / Hosted and Managed Service provider is hiring a CMMS Executive for their UK operations

Responsibilities of the CMMS Executive

• Prepares monthly reports, providing trending and tracking summaries of Incident Reports and Change Management and on open/closed work orders
• Coordinate, conduct and track user training for the CMMS/BMS platform including new user, platform updates and user refresher training sessions
• Manages maintenance planning, work orders in the system, ensure proper creation, planning, update and closure of work orders
• Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate inventory records. Verifies data against physical count, adjusts errors in computation or count, or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies
• Measures and publish KPI metrics to the management team; interpret data and recommend findings
• Develop and maintain CMMS/BMS support standards and programming for work ticket processing and escalation procedures
• Coordinate new site and new equipment submittals into the BMS and CMMS platforms with vendors and sites for commissioning and alarm notification processes
• Work closely with all department in integrating the CMMS in to, BMS, Security and customer portal platforms
• Track and manage user access requests, approvals and activity on the CMMS system
• Track and maintain escalation list and approval templates for the portfolio within the
• Provide status updates for the portfolio-wide reporting systems of operational issues, assignments and project updates

Qualifications and knowledge of the CMMS Executive:

• Degree in IT related field preferred, but not required, experience can offset lack of degree
• Knowledge of power and cooling technologies (e.g., uninterruptible power supply, heating, ventilation and air conditioning [HVAC], and building automation systems)

Skills and abilities of the CMMS Executive:
• 3 years of experience using enterprise software, CMMS & BMS System
• Team working
• Must be self-driven, well organized and able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Computer literate with a good standard of IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft business packages
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communications e.g. IT/written
• Strong customer focus
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Reliable, setting high standards of personal commitment
• Cultural fit to organizational values of customers, teamwork, excellence, success, talent.
• Engineering experience in power and cooling preferred.
