3rd Line Support Engineer - CCNP Wireless/CCNA Wireless

My client, who is market leading provider or channel network and server support solutions based near Warrington, is looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their growing team, and provide technical skills to support their ever growing customer base as a remote engineer.

On a daily basis, you will be:
- Providing remote analysis and support of customer faults and changes
- Dealing with 3rd party suppliers
- Assisting with the identification of hardware and software faults

Successful candidates should have:
- Previous experience of either field engineering or providing remote support to external customers
- CCNA Wireless or CCNP Wireless certified ideally, or have proven experience to that level
- Experience in supporting, deploying and troubleshooting Cisco networking solutions, specifically wireless
