Are you bold and driven account manager seeking an opportunity to work in an environ-ment solely built to provide exceptional services? Do you have an understanding of the network industry (carrier grade ethernet/IP/MPLS/SDN/NFV) and want to lead account management for a vast European existing customer base that trust your brand. This may be the role for you.

My client are a carrier grade network testing services and consultancy business internation-ally recognized as an objective test center. Providing vendor-neutral network performance test facilities for manufacturers, service providers and enterprise customers. They are going from strength to strength and are seeking a Key Account Manager to be a proud and bold representative of their services and integrate themselves with a large existing customer base.

With further growth plans, this position will play a key role in the business for years to come.

Job description, Responsibilities, Deliverables
• Communicate with a large existing customer base mainly across Europe
• Engage with customers through various mediums (expert industry content for example)
• Analyse customer requirements
• Effectively discuss upcoming projects
• Intergrate with customers to establish sales opportunities
• Manage customer engagement initiatives
• Act as a point of contact for customers relating to sales of services
• Visit industry conferences/events where possible

What we want to see from candidates

Education:
• University degree (preferably masters) in any field (Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is very appropriate)
• Technical certifications relating to networking advantageous

Professional knowledge, skills, know-how in the field & experi-ence in the field:
• Passionate about the importance of high quality standards within technology specif-ically networking)
• Demonstrated track record of managing and developing key customer relationships in a technical and service driven environment
• Experience in selling products relating to services
• Keen interest in the technology field specifically networking (Ether-net/IP/MPLS/SDN/NFV)
• Good communicator and customer focused attitude
• Understanding of technical and specifically networking technology
• Passionate about technology businesses
• Experience in a exceptional service/industry standard environment

Language skills:
• Essential - English language fluent (excellent verbal and written communica-tion skills)
• Essential - German language fluent (excellent verbal and written communica-tion skills)
