This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and career driven individual to gain in-depth experience in a global ICT organisation with aggressive growth targets. The Vendor Alliance Manager will be responsible for winning, maintaining and expanding relationships within the channel and maximise revenue growth with Avaya.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and execute on a joint commercial business plan including metrics to measure success.
• Supporting all business development activities at a group level but also locally to promote and grow the Avaya channel.
• Thus lead all (bi-directional) partner-related relationship management.
• Develop and disseminate the necessary information management to the group.
• Management of the expertise required in connection with the Avaya portfolio with regard to know-how and certification.
• Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
• Manage potential Channel conflicts by fostering excellent communication internally and externally and through adherence to channel rules of engagement.

Requirements
• You’ll excel in this role if you’re an enthusiastic results focused individual with excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
• A broad knowledge in UC systems is required.
• If you’re naturally creative and demonstrate a logical approach to problem solving whilst building rapport and maintaining excellent customer relations, you will succeed in this role.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• A can do attitude with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Ideally candidates will have fluent English/German and a third language would be an advantage.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Additional experience beneficial but not mandatory:
• Experience working in any Avaya environment.
• Experience of working on Avaya UC.
• Documentation and reporting skills.
• Good commercial understanding of the UC market.
