My client provides ICT solutions in more than 100 countries globally, based in London they require an experienced Support Engineer.

Support Engineer - London - Network- 24x7 Shift Engineer - 4 days (12hr) 4 days off

Job Responsibilities:
Manage and handle a variety of customer fault calls from System Integrators (Engineering) Department, Network Services and Data Centre.
Update ticket systems and customer documentation.
Provide technical support, create designs and proposals.
Visit customer sites with 3rd party vendors as and when required.
Attend customer meetings regarding any issues, projects and maintenance.
Travel to customer offices throughout EMEA.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio.
Hands on experience in implementing and troubleshooting Network Server faults.
Installation and maintenance of Network Infrastructure.
Customer service at all levels
Must hold a CCNP, JNCIP, MCSE or VCP or equivalent.
