Senior IT Support Analyst - Marlow - Permanent up to £35k base

We require a Senior IT Support Analyst to help the existing team develop and ensure that processes are correctly followed to provide a consistently high standard of work along with helping to maintain an efficient team to support ITIL business infrastructure within a SaaS Environment, based in Marlow.

The Senior IT Support Analyst role is closely linked to the Team Leader’s function and the main duty is to ensure that the SaaS offerings are monitored constantly. The alerts and log files generated by this monitoring should be reviewed regularly to guarantee that the environment, and it’s services, are fully functional and operating securely with a high level of resilience.

It is expected that the position will check and confirm that the customer facing assets are successfully patched, configured and are using the latest appropriate versions of software. A regular schedule of penetration testing of the SaaS Environment and supporting business infrastructure’s attack vectors will be performed, the results reviewed and remedial action documented. It is also expected that the role will provide day-to-day guidance and support for less senior members of the team.

You'll need to have experience in administrating and supporting:
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012
• Microsoft Active Directory Services
• Microsoft IIS 7.5/8

and have good troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of:
• Microsoft Powershell
• Microsoft SQL analysis services
• Microsoft SQL Integration Services
• ASP.Net
• C#
• Javascript
