3rd Line Support Engineer (AWS) - Permanent - London/Remote - up to £45k base + Benefits

We need an experienced 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to manage and support our client's AWS environments initially support, then retire their legacy windows AWS server infrastructure so you'll interact with 1st Line, 2nd Line,, and other 3rd Line Technical Support Engineers providing support and guidance on difficult issues, respond and assisting with P1 escalations, provide product training to 1st \ 2nd Line Technical Support Engineers and act as a back-up for 1st / 2nd /3rd line staff. You'll also provide out of hours coverage as part of an on-call rotation schedule as needed.

Ideally you have extensive experience in providing 3rd Line technical support with professional IT Certifications. (e.g. MCSE, MCP or equivalent) and a working knowledge of AWS and its services along with AWS certifications and a detailed working knowledge of Microsoft (Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 and Active Directory) as well as AWS.

If you have any knowledge of the Google Workspace environment including GSuite, FreshDesk, JIRA, ManageEngine and a working knowledge of EDR and Antivirus solutions this will help your application.
