Career Opportunity:

The Creative market is one of ECOM’s most important markets. It’s an area ECOM has worked, grown and developed for nearly two decades – clients and candidates alike in creative know and respect us. There’s now an opportunity to join ECOM to lead, drive and manage our Creative team in London.
This is a role previously held by Natalie Fahey, a really well-established player in the digital creative space. Natalie is now a mum, and splits her time between home in the Cotswolds and London - she’s still very much part of our Creative team, but without the management responsibility.
That change creates an opportunity for someone like you.

The talented, committed team in London are looking for a senior creative recruiter to join and add some real leadership and direction.

We’re looking for a focused, driven recruiter with extensive experience of the UK digital creative scene. We need someone with leadership experience, directly managing a team of people providing guidance, motivation and direction.
Recruitment is a market in a constant state of flux – the digital creative space is no exception. Our Creative Lead will need to work with the team to innovate, bringing new ideas through and embrace a sense of change.
The person we are looking for has a positive state of mind, a can do attitude, and a good sense of humour.
