I am supporting my not for profit client deliver amazing customer service, that is strong, stable and financially resilient. It is a great opportunity for a dynamic and engaging Customer Experience Manager to help them increase customer satisfaction. You will be working hand in hand with the Head of Insights and managing a team of Customer Experience Designers. You will champion the customer in everything, turning insight into action and condutcing root analysis to enusre correction of failing services are corrected.

To be considered:

Proven experience of managing and motivation cross - functional, multi-disciplinary or strategic team
Customer engagement Strategy
Journey mapping
Ability to use and understand insights to business/customer requirements
