EPMO Change Process & Practice Architect
You will report to the EPMO Manager, permanent role based in Telford. You will be a part of the Operations and Change function.

With the increased focus on creating and improving the change processes and as a key bridge between business and process-focused technology, the EPMO Change Process & Practice Architect will lead the Organisations end-to-end change, business process management engagements. The role holder needs to be process centric with a broad knowledge of both Change and IT ideally gained in a Financial Services environment.
The role will be responsible for creating a culture of Practice Management for all change practices and embedding this culture within the change community. Ensuring that change resources are operating to agreed practices and that they fall in line with Industry leading practice
Key Responsibilities:
E2E Process
• Use appropriate process design skills (including LEAN / Six Sigma) in order to define and continually improve the end to end processes for the change lifecycle.
• Successfully facilitate and drive cross-functional teams of people in the development of processes, the implementation of metrics and the utilisation of data to facilitate root cause analysis in order to continuously improve performance
• Responsible for the identification and implement continuous improvement opportunities within Change Management to make delivering change more efficient and cost effective
Practice Management
• Ensure change delivery is in line with industry practice and that our practices align with the End to End lifecycle

Relationship Management
• Use the Leadership and Personal Imperatives to guide behaviour and values throughout engagements
• Positively represent Change Management in engagements with stakeholders
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Proactively build and maintain productive and mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders, internally within the organisation and with external counterparts

Essentially my client have undergone an organisational restructure and in need of an enterprise PMO to support both IT and Business Change.

The candidate is very process driven – process design, process engineering, delivery and improving processes.
The ability to share best practices.

Person Specification:

Have specific skills in process design including LEAN / Six Sigma
Have specific skills and industry knowledge of Change Practices for EPMO, Project, Program and Portfolio management.

Business and commercial acumen
