Product Lead – Fintech - £100k Bonus and Car allowance

Interested by the major changes in retail banking and the innovation that lies behind it?

I’m working with a company acting as an in-house start-up function for a major bank.

The team is responsible for creating new innovative digital initiatives.

You will be the first hire and be responsible for product development.

They are looking for a senior product person with a high level of confidence to manage and own a new function, which will grow, and essentially be able to tell them what they need.

You are someone that has a good understanding of fintech or the big changes in retail banking and also have experience of working in a start-up environment.

It’s all about adapting to current customer interactions, testing to learn and failing fast.

There’s a high level of ambiguity whilst needing to deliver something tangible.

You will take on a hands on approach to product management and delivery whilst also being heavily strategic.

This is a serious role with a company taking a serious approach to corporate innovation.
