Order to Contract (OTC) Administrator/Senior Administrator

Interquest Solutions are currently working on behalf of their client, a renowned electronics company looking for an Order to Contract (OTC) Administrator/Senior Administrator to join their team in Northampton

The key purpose of the job is to Input orders into Oracle based on information supplied by sales department utilizing Oracle and Siebel.

Job duties:
• Data entry based on data supplied by sales
• Clean order check of the contract information received from Sales Team to ensure that all documentation is correct and compliant with all group policies and procedures
• The accurate and timely order entry of all order types into Siebel resulting in correct delivery and invoicing to the customer
• Ongoing monitoring to ensure submitted orders have progressed
• Managing incoming queries
• Creating service accounts
• Terminating existing lease contracts as required
• Meet or exceed SLAs to deliver a high level of customer (internal and external) satisfaction
• Identify process efficiencies to increase departmental performance

Skills:
• Fluent in written, and spoken English
• An European language is helpful, but not required
• Good attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team and with customers
• Must be organized and able to work systematically
• Must be able to prioritize and make decisions in the given framework for actions;
• Must be an effective and confident communicator (written and verbal)
• Ability to cope in stressful situations
• Good MS Office skills
