Global Resourcing Coordinator

Interquest Solutions are currently working on behalf of their client, a renowned hospitality company, looking for a Global resourcing Coordinator to join their team.

This role is a temporary position and would be ideal for someone who wants to upskill their experience within a administrative role and get a better understanding on a career within coordination

You'll also support the creation of standardised functional templates and presentations. You'll work collaboratively with our Regional Resourcing teams to act as a first point of contact providing suitable options to support in-region hiring queries.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Global Resourcing CoE is responsible for our global and organisational Talent Acquisition (TA) frameworks, standards, programmes, policies, systems, technologies, processes, supplier relationships, candidate attraction strategy, analytics and reporting.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Resourcing this role supports the department with administrate support, specifically project based deliverables.
The key objectives for the role holder are to manage the coordination of the ATS Optimisation Project until it’s completion. A critical part of Global Resourcing you will work with the Project Owner and wider team to ensure timely and accurate reporting of key metrics and timelines. You will be responsible for the collation and distribution of information globally and across work streams.
You’ll also support the creation of standardised functional templates and presentations. You’ll work collaboratively with our Regional Resourcing teams to act as a first point of contact providing suitable options to support in-region hiring queries.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ownership of all data capture & distribution for GR projects, specifically ATS Optimisation.
• Minute all meetings and project work stream calls, ensuring outputs are updated in real time.
• Manage and maintain the master project tracker, ensuring contributing streams are centralised within.
• Managing any activities related to the creation of POs, or costs relating to the project
• Provide all administrative support to create any collateral or presentations required by the project team

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Essential:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Highly organised with the ability to manage and keep updated critical project milestones and trackers
• Previous experience within a PMO environment
• Maintain high standards of data integrity and accuracy
• Strong communication/consultancy skills to work with end user group and wider global stakeholders

Desirable:
• Experience of using MS Project as project admin lead
• Basic understanding of the theory, principles and practice of talent acquisition and recruitment practice
• MS Visio experience is desirable
