Career Opportunity:

InterQuest Technology practice has a new exiting opportunity for a Team Leader to join their management team and lead a team of experts in Harrogate. The role will be responsible for leading by example in all aspects of the role from business development, attraction strategies for niche technology skilled candidate, networking events and supporting and mentoring a team of experienced recruiters. The successful individual will need to have lead teams or individuals previously, have a proven track record of success recruiting within the technology sector and be able to demonstrate our company values: Strength, Pace, Innovation, Respect, Integrity and Team Work. The ideal candidate will bring with them knowledge of the Infrastructure and Development niche and have a proactive approach to all elements of client engagement. The team is currently made up of experienced Consultants but the Team Leader will be expected to coach and mentor individuals who are starting their recruitment careers. Whether you have a contract or permanent background we can utilise your strengths. The Team Leader will be placed onto a management career development plan that will them be coached and mentored by the companies wider leadership team.
