Service Delivery Administrator/Project Administrator / Project Support

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join a busy Project / Supplier Management team. You will be responsible for general sales and project support - acting as the single point of contact and providing highly skilled customer care support, monitoring order management portals, manage customer orders, validate orders against quotes and then order the products from vendors across EMEA. You will be dealing with customers over the phone and on email, communicating on delivery dates and service delays and tracking the orders.

You will be an experienced Administrator within sales ideally and have used order management / database systems. You will have excellent customer communication skills and be able to work well with colleagues, suppliers and clients.

Any experience in the telecoms / IT / technology space would be beneficial.
