Cisco VoIP Engineer - London - 6 Month Contract

- Provide technical support for Cisco Voice over IP (VoIP) platform
- Resolve VoIP related faults and problems
- Diagnose and rectify local and wider services issues
- Provide a high level of support across the VoIP telephone system
- In-depth investigation and diagnosis of complex problems

Role Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience of supporting Cisco voice services over a large data network
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager v10.X experience of administration
- Technical experience and knowledge of supporting ISDN, IP/SIP trunking
- Experience of Real-time Monitoring tool
- Knowledge of network technologies, must have experience of implementing Voice over IP services using Cisco Call Manager
- Experience of using ITSM/Remedy ticketing system
- Have worked in ITIL enviroment
