InterQuest Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our key clients, an IT industry leader, supporting them with the recruitment of a Marketing Campaign Executive on a permanent basis to work out of their European head office in London.

This role will support the pan-EMEA demand generation programme, build awareness for and support throughout the full buyer journey by activating multichannel campaigns to drive quotes and conversions to sales. Generate and evaluate engaging content where necessary and manage translation efforts to localise campaign activity across multiple EMEA territories.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Activation of end to end data driven online/offline Eloqua campaigns in conjunction with marketing and business stakeholders.
• Work with, and manage day-to-day relationships with, creative agencies and print provider to ensure collateral is produced in advance of monthly campaigns
• Continuously test, monitor & optimise the effectiveness of all lead nurture & events campaign workflows
• Creation of integrated online & offline marketing communications content and collateral, for use by local in-country sites across EMEA
• Developing messaging hierarchy – ensuring consistency across business lines
• Ensuring content usage is maximised by deconstructing and repurposing for use across a variety of channels and media
• Managing agencies: briefing and managing delivery of projects to time and within budget.
• Co-ordinate copy translation through translation (internal or external) agencies.
• Monitor the market to bring ideas on the latest communication methods in marketing products / solutions.
• Be willing to work as part of a team to contribute to other relevant tasks as necessary.
• Drive online tactics in support of demand generation activities
• Drive for tangible and measurable results (e.g., new revenue streams, higher efficiency, faster time to market, increase in reach, awareness and conversion)

Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in working in a similar marketing role and also with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua (preferred) Marketo, or similar)
• Ability to cope well in a busy environment and manage multiple campaigns at any one time
• Serve as an internal champion for demand generation/traffic generation initiatives together with the marketing operations team, define management, measurement, accountability and ROI objectives.
• Proactive and dynamic individual with excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
• An excellent grasp of English and proven experience in developing targeted written communication.
• Experience in delivering integrated online and offline content
• Customer focused – able to take information and translate it into customer driven benefits, with effective internal and external communication messages.
• An eye for detail with proven proof-reading skills.
• Team player with ability to build relationships across the business.
• Good understanding of different international cultures and behaviours - ideally experience of working in an international environment.
