About You
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to help improve the design consistency and usability of our products and services. You’ll be working on multiple customer facing products, working as part of a cross-disciplinary team. You’ll have solid design experience and a portfolio of previous work that you’re proud of. Bonus points for experience in the financial services sector (even more for car finance). You will also share our values, so if this sounds like you we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps as appropriate.
- Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, buttons, tabs and widgets.
- Create original graphic designs including images, sketches and tables.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and suggest solutions.
- Contribute to consistent design of marketing materials such as emails and newsletters.

Experience and Skills
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Portfolio of design projects available to be seen.
- Knowledge of wireframe tools such as Balsamiq and InVision.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, pragmatic and collaborative.
- Bonus points for experience in the financial services sector (even more for car finance).
