Project Administrator required for a large public sector customer. This position sits INSIDE IR35

Duties
The role is to provide administration support to a project to move customers to a new Broadband Service. They will work alongside a wider Telecoms team but work will be focused primarily on the Broadband Project and when required BAU Broadband orders.
• Process orders and administer Broadband services on the throughout the UK and on the Parliamentary Estate as well as throughout the UK; liaise with customers and suppliers to manage the installation and or removal of Broadband services. To work with second project resource to ensure customer equipment is connected to the new service in a timely manner and outstanding faults being managed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records as part of the project including as part of the discovery stage details of service using existing service. Post migration of service ensure records are updated including device admin and Wi-Fi credentials.
• Respond to Broadband incidents and requests logged in Digital Services Service Management Platform.
• Assist with the investigation and resolution of Broadband faults and problems, liaising with second line colleagues and third party suppliers as required

Standard skills and knowledge required
• Demonstrates good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent organisational skills with a methodical approach to prioritising work to meet deadlines.
• Good customer facing and interpersonal skills, is able to develop good working relationships with staff at all levels and has proven understanding of service delivery.
• Able to contribute to and work well within a team.
• Has an analytical approach to problem solving.
• Ability to understand the needs of our customers, keeping them in mind when taking actions or making decisions
• Excellent attention to detail and strong numeric skills
• Experience of dealing with third party service providers
• Ability to grasp new concepts and terminology and learn new systems and services quickly, asking for help when required
• Good knowledge of mobile telephone technology and services

Desirable:
• A good knowledge of telecoms and associated services
• Good analytical skills to enable assist in problem solving of technical faults/issues
• ITIL Foundation
