L& D and Sales Enablement Lead
London – with some travel across the EMEA

InterQuest Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our most successful global clients, a leader in IT and Technology to support with the recruitment of a Learning & Development, Sales Enablement Lead who will specifically focus on the designing, developing and implementing a ‘fit for purpose’ Sales Academy across the business

The role is a pivotal positon and will focus on building the infrastructure, strategy and design of the sales training which is delivered to the wider organisation, enabling multiple locations to deliver exceptional sales training to volume staff at once

Ideal candidates have had a primary experience in sales L&D, where they have focused on L&D theories, technologies and techniques, effective sales training and coaching. The successful applicant will also have excellent stakeholder management and skills, be able to lead at all levels and develop a consultative and strategic approach.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategically managing and influencing senior level stakeholders across the different locations, cultures and personalities
• Analysing and evaluating (strategic and operational) learning and development needs at all levels
• Designing, developing and implementing a ‘fit for purpose’ Sales Academy Learning & Development (architecture, pathways, recognition, content, learner experience, outcomes, measures, governance etc.)
• Analysing, evaluating, planning and streamlining the supply chain configuration to maximise cost effectiveness and ROI
• Developing, implementing and operating a governance process at all levels
• Co-ordinating and mobilising (internal and external) resources to deliver excellent results
• Being able to step in to deliver for maximum impact as and when appropriate
• Collaborating with a high performing L&D team to deliver team results in the most efficient and effective way
• Create, design and deliver and a multi-year sales learning strategy that delivers operational efficiency in order to drive sales performance forward.
• Commercial awareness, with proven experience of providing leadership and direction to build a culture which promotes the value of learning and development within sales
• Collaborate with the L&D Director and other L&D functional leaders key business stakeholders and sales/business development leadership resources regionally and globally to develop engaging learning experiences and capability development to support achievement of all business goals and initiatives.
• Previous experience of working in a matrix or global remit
