Change Management Officer

My client are seeking a Change Management Officer to come on board and exciting piece of work with a boutique change consultancy.

This change consultancy have won a piece of work with a retailer. The Change Management Officer should have an understanding of the basic change components and will act as the central point of contact for this client in respect to change management. There will be a focus of project management and business analysis of client change initiatives working with all areas of the business to implement change including logging and tracking all client Change Requests from opening through to closure.

The Change Management Officer will be expected to liaise with colleagues within other business areas to co-ordinate the implementation of Change Requests.

Furthermore the Change Management Officer will be involved in the analysis and design of new operating models where required as well as dealing with change requests with business owners.

More duties will include:

• Work independently to research and deliver Change Requests considering multiple avenues for resolution.
• Calculate the cost of Change Requests (within established guidelines) for the Client Relationship/Change Manager to review and sign off.
• Attendance to weekly change meeting with the client where outstanding Change Requests are discussed and escalated.
• Complete and issue client MI (Management Information) related to change requests
• Involvement in other client related activities where required
