IQ are currently looking to recruit a Senior PMO Analyst to work for a leading Multi-Channel Retailer based in Hertfordshire for a 6 month contract opportunity!

* Prince 2
* EPM Tools and Project planning tools
* RAID
* JIRA
* Worked on projects delivering applications /software to business teams

You will be asked to provide project management support across the Commercial System programme that comprises of two separate application delivery workstreams that also work cross-functionally.

Support is needed in the design, delivery and management of programme / governance reporting, to administer a central sharepoint site for the programme and to help co-ordinate activities both within workstreams and across workstreams.

Responsibilities:
• Provide Project Management support to the three application delivery workstreams
- Ensure that programme reporting is managed and completed in a timely manner for input to the wider IT portfolio reporting via the EPM tool
• Ensure that weekly timesheets have been completed by colleagues and work to resolve any missing items / entries with individuals
• Provide management information to the Programme Manager to ensure demand is being identified and tracked in line with forecasts and identify any gaps or shortfalls for escalation
• Act as support for queries relating to the use of the EPM tool
• Act as administrator for the Programme SharePoint site w/r to provision of access to individuals working within the core programme team and in a more ad hoc sense
• Ensure that key governance meetings are prepared for in a timely manner at a Workstream and Programme level
• Provide planning analysis and management support for IS Project Managers at a workstream level and be able to create and manage a cross-workstream Programme level Project Plan.
• Proactively review and manage RAID items held in JIRA and work with workstream PM's to chase down RAID items that are overdue (aged RAID reporting)
• Provide support w/r to the management of financial processes (raising PO's, receipting invoices, input into financial summary reporting and reconciliation processes)
• Support PM's and programme teams with regard to access to tools, applications and hardware. Work with IT support and desktop services to manage requests for new assets and requirements for assets for the programme
• Proficient project planner using Microsoft Project.
