Senior Helpdesk Engineer - Avaya/Ericson/LG - VoIP Technology - Fleet

My award winning client sells a range of telecommunications services for businesses, Business Broadband, MPLS, Leased Lines, Mobile and more. They are seeking Helpdesk Engineers to join their proactive and motivated team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Log, Manager and close tickets in our clients CRM system and provide frontline support to their customers and end users
- Perform initial 1st & 2nd line support to the end user and resolving the fault.
- Assist with IT issues
- Provide out of hours on call support to customers
- Complete daily tasks such as system checks on customer's equipment

The ideal candidate will have:
- Avaya/Ericson/LG Experience
- Experience and Knowledge of a Helpdesk or Telecoms Customer Service environment
- Computer literate both in Software and Hardware
- An interest in Technology/Telephony/Networking/VoIP
- Use of Microsoft Office Applications
