The Transformation & Change Team
Over the next 5 years, my clientl are rolling out a significant amount of change to the business, driven by the Group’s exciting new strategy putting customers at the heart of the business, as well as by external factors such as regulatory change and Brexit. This is our ‘P22’ strategy, extending through to 2022.
To deliver and embed this change, the Transformation and Change team was established in January 2017 with a goal to drive successful delivery of change across the business. The Transformation and Change team‘s mission statement is:
‘Driving great decisions and delivering sustainable change to ensure the future success of the business.’
This mission statement represents our desire to build a culture that is focused on delivering ‘change’ rather than the more traditional mechanism of delivering ‘projects’.

We are looking for outstanding candidates with a strong background in business focused project and change management, with a collaborative mindset, who will bring passion and energy to our growing team.


Overall Job Purpose
The Transformation & Change Team is made up of three key portfolios (i) Group and Fiscal (ii) Customer Strategy & Customer Care (iii) International, New Business and Digital. Each of these portfolios is headed up by a Director / Head of Change and contains a number of programmes and / or projects.

Reporting to the Director of Change – Group and Fiscal we are looking for a Senior Change Manager (Programme Manager) to lead a significant programme of change that is currently in-flight.

The Senior Change Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of a programme of change which currently encompasses 10 sub-projects and workstreams. The programme is large-scale and high-profile, impacting every area of our business, requiring support from across the firm.

As a senior role within the Group and Fiscal portfolio, strong stakeholder management skills are essential as well as programme / senior project management business change experience. Experience in regulatory or fiscal change programmes is an advantage. A proactive, hands-on attitude is critical.

The Senior Change Manager will report to the Director of Change – Group and Fiscal and will be supported by a dedicated Change Manager(s) and a Change Analyst.
