Pay and Reward Specialist who has particular experience of Hay job evaluation, benchmarking please I don’t have a brief at present for this role but in essence:

• They will be responsible for all job matching/evaluation enquiries liaising with Korn Ferry Hay (being the organisation centre for expertise)
• Working across the wider HR function, they will help set up and train people on Hay job evaluation
• They will develop a small number of HR Operations staff in the essentials
• Oversee the panels and outcomes
• Contribute to Pay and Reward Policy
• Advise HR & OD Director and wider HR Management of issues and put in place mitigation arrangements.
