We are working with a charity which does truly incredible work to support some of the country's most vulnerable people. The values fo the organisation run through everything that they do, from the front line service, through to their staff, and through to the customer service.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join them on a permanent basis with the Technology department to work with them on their Service Desk. Working within the ITIL framework, the support team have been recognised with industry awards following their promt, courteous and skilled service.

The role is challenhing and rewarding, and offers a genuine opportunity to develop your technical skills, as well as your interpersonal skills and career development goals.

The successful candidate will have the following:

• ITIL foundation qualification as a minimum
• First line support experience on Windows 7 / Citrix / AD & Exchange
• Experience with Remote Access Applications
• Can work as part of a team
• Ability to build internal relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• A solutions focussed attitudes
• Ability to communicate with others who may not have a strong technical understanding
