My client, a well established high street retailer is looking for a bright and dynamic Paid Search Senior Executive. You will be reporting into the Paid Search Manager and be delivering commitments of business success, relationship building and influencing the working life within this unique organisation.

The purpose of the role is to support the planning, optimisation and execution of the paid search strategy. In addition to this, you will be operationally supporting the in-house paid search campaigns to drive marketing efficiency, whilst supporting market share ambition and customer conversion.

You will be:
-Supporting a team and striving to become a subject matter expert in order to deliver the organisation’s customer goals within the overall context of balancing sales and contribution whilst delivering a consistent brand experience. This will be done through clear KPI and objective setting, customer sales growth, margin protection, budget optimisation, meaningful PDP and training
-Supporting paid search budgeting and being responsible for spend area. You will also be proactively seeking to increase commercial awareness and in doing so, will provide context and advice on business proposals
-Continually look to deliver, improve and understand best in class campaign execution
-Using attribution techniques, ROI modelling. Setting, evolving, and monitoring bid rules to ensure campaigns that you are responsible for are optimised in the short-mid and long term.
- Closely monitoring the accuracy of internal and external tracking within reports to provide confidence that decisions are data driven, landing pages are optimised and keyword coverage is informed through accurate reporting and informed beyond last click

-Supporting in the delivery of PPC activity for international markets and tailoring each plan and campaigns per regional strategy

-Collating regular analysis and KPI reporting to tell the story focusing on key learnings, provide market context or future opportunities which will assist in quick decision-making to mitigate risk. Utilising any available tools to anticipate the strategies of competitors and predict market trends; feeding insights into the team

Educational Requirements:
-GCSEs Maths and English Grade A-C
-Desirable to have a degree in Maths or equivalent experience
-Gap Qualifications are also desirable

-Paid search experience with demonstrable experience managing enterprise level accounts, bid optimisation tools and creating strategy

-Experience of creative thinking, delivering inspiring and relevant content whilst
managing large data

-Knowledge of the latest developments within paid search

-Understanding customers, tone of voice and ability to drive performance whilst protecting brand values

-Multiple stakeholder management

-Paid search thinker who consistently is looking to find incremental gains and uses innovation to drive the performance agenda

-Reviewing numbers and turning insights into actionable plans

-Excel - intermediate
