1 st Line Support Engineer

Network Support - Cheshire

Up to £19k dependent on experience

I'm currently recruiting for a 1 st Line Support Engineer to join my Managed Services client based in Cheshire to assist with internal IT support, managed services provision and hardware/breakfix escalation.

On a day to day basis, you will be:

- Providing 1 st line troubleshooting

- Escalating calls when required to achieve SLAs

- Liaising with 3 rd party support teams

- Administration of operational documents

They are looking for candidates with the following experience:

- Strong Computer skills - Experience of using Microsoft Office/data entry systems

- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of technology, knowledge of Cisco networking equipment and systems would be advantageous

- Experience in a Support/ Service/ Helpdesk environment

- Preferred Cisco CCENT or Microsoft MTA Certifications

- Excellent communication skills
