1 st & 2 nd Line Service Desk

A 1 st & 2 nd Line Support Service Desk Analyst is urgently needed to support our Higher Eductaion client to provide telephone and remote service desk support by logging and resolving 1st/2nd line calls by telephone, email or on the client's on-line portal.

1st & 2nd Line Service Desk- Essential Experience

* Experience of logging and resolving 1st/2nd line calls logged by telephone, email or using on-line portals.
* Ability to work through the clients calling logging system to resolve, update and escalate tickets\requests
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of customers, along with good attention to detail and team working skills.
* Operating system familiarity, Windows 10, MAC OS X, BYOD (Android mobiles/ Apple IOS).
* Tablets
* Capability to carry out Active Directory password resets/ MFA resets
* Some basic hardware troubleshooting experience

The role is onsite (East London) and inside IR35 for 8 weeks to start ASAP, ideally by next Wednesday the 1 st of September.
