IT Service Desk Analyst (FRENCH SPEAKING)

Two new permanent Service Desk opportunities have been created with one of our global clients based in the west midlands. The majority of the IT Department are based in the U.K however the business is spread across multiple countries therefore the IT department are relied upon to provide off shore remote support. Some of these countries include: France, Switzerland, and U.S.

In this instance the IT Department are in need of two experienced French speaking Service Desk/ Help Desk / IT Support Analysts, to resolve incoming tickets via email and phone. The successful candidate will need to be fluent or at least able to read and speak in French at a business level.

The Service Desk Analyst will be required to log all incidents and service requests in the service management system, escalate incidents when needed, create knowledge articles, meet service level agreements and service objectives and so on.

The successful service desk will need to demonstrate experience at 1st / 2nd Line support.
A Logical approach to problem solving.
Some degree of knowledge around ITIL.
Ability to work in a demanding / fast paced environment.
Experience with Windows Operating Systems.
Microsoft Exchange
Active Directory
Desktop Administration
Printer Support
