An awesome creative agency that specialise in doing branded content creation, inflight entertainment, PR and events are looking for a bright, creative video creative, who will be responsible for delivering compelling video and visual content to grow a new TV show's social audience and engagement.

You will be expected to conceptualise and produce social solutions from short form video and assets to stills and animations. You will have to be a self-starter, full of ideas, able to manage your own work and be confident at liaising with the wider team, clients and 3rd party providers.

I am particularly keen to hear from Youtubers or millennial social(lites). You must have a desire to work on short-form digital video content across a variety of styles in a fast paced environment. Experience creating graphics in Photoshop and After Effects would be a distinct advantage.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years video creative experience, excellent time management skills and the ability to multi task. You will work closely with producers, community managers, art directors, brand managers and the series producer to meet tight deadlines and create new and engaging content.

YouTube certification and previous experience working with online content would be a distinct advantage.

The role will (initially) be a 5-month contract on a day rate, with a view to growing the position into a contract further down the road.

Key Responsibilities
• Producing original creative that drives engagement around the show and its content - stills, graphics, video clips, promos and compelling but simple animations for social.
• Creating and implementing concepts independently as well as leveraging in-house designers, animators and the production of the show itself to deliver compelling social content.
• Liaising with brand partners as part of the creative solutions team to deliver brand content for social
• Optimising and evolving creative in response to audience engagement and insights from the Social Video Manager
• Liaising with Social Video Manager, Series Producer and Media team.
• Ingesting and organising TV show rushes and masters for social
• Delivering variety of assets that are consistent in tone and personality
• Fast and efficient conception and turn around
• Exporting videos to HD YouTube specifications and other platform-specific specs

Required Skills / Experience
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in short form editing and social content design
• Knowledge of all three of Adobe Premier, After Effects and Photoshop a distinct advantage.
• Proven narrative story telling experience.
• Colour correction and sound mixing skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• High standards and ambitions, hardworking and reliable.
• Independent, resourceful, pro-active, creative, organised with good time keeping skills.
• Able to listen and follow instructions and ask questions when not clear.
• Knowledge of YouTube and social media best practice a distinct advantage.
