Our Strategy
InterQuest has a multi-brand strategy which permits each business unit to specialise either by market sector or by specific technical niche, reflecting the specialist nature of the IT sector, rather than servicing the IT market as a whole with one unified brand.
On a day-to-day basis each division operates with a large degree of autonomy whilst benefiting from the key central services of the group, such as accounting, legal and IT support, as well as Group wide sales and management training programmes.
Each division has long established brands and they continue to capitalise on these and their associated relationships, offering a deep knowledge and understanding of their sectors. At the same time, they can benefit from the advantages of being part of a larger group.
The Executive Chairman & Chief Executive has already built successful and substantial recruitment businesses and is doing the same with InterQuest.
