0n 26 March 2008 Ross Eades exercised an option under the Company’s EMI Executive Share Option Plan (“EMI Scheme ”) over 345,000 Shares at 25 pence per Share. These Shares will be admitted to trading on AIM under the Company’s existing blocklisting facility.

Following the exercise of this option Ross Eades now has a beneficial interest in 1,622,830 Shares in the Company.
