Our Strategy - Growth Plans
InterQuest’s growth strategy is both organic and through acquisition. We seek to approach underdeveloped companies in complimentary niches:
| Owners who may need access to greater financial and managerial resources |
| Owners looking to retire |
Our size criteria are twofold:
| Businesses with EBIT from £200k to £1m that can be relocated to the Group's headquarters in the City of London; and |
| Standalone UK based businesses with EBIT of at least £1m. |
The Group is principally seeking to acquire IT contract recruitment businesses but we will consider businesses with robust permanent recruitment divisions. We are keen to retain and incentivise strong management teams.
