0n 28 March 2008 Ross Eades sold 345,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 86.5 pence.  The wife of Michael Joyce correspondingly purchased 345,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 86.5 pence.
On 28 March 2008 Michael Joyce sold 345,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 86.5 pence.  The wife of Ross Eades correspondingly purchased 345,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 86.5 pence.
As a result of these transactions the beneficial holdings of Ross Eades, Michael Joyce and their respective related parties remain unchanged as follows:
