InterQuest has been trading since 2001 and our primary recruitment practices have combined recruitment experience of 100 years. During this time InterQuest has grown to a £159 million turnover company, listed on the AIM.

InterQuest’s growth has happened as a result of both organic growth and acquisition. The organic growth has come about as a result of our multi-brand strategy which permits each business unit to specialise either by market sector or by specific technical niche. This means that our services reflect the specialist nature of the Web Technologies, Analytics, IT and Digital sectors. We have detailed the acquisitions in the timeline below.

The Group operates from its City headquarters in Farringdon and has offices in Marylebone, Canary Wharf, Harrogate, Manchester, Berkhamsted and Tunbridge Wells. As specialists in contract, permanent recruitment, InterQuest Group trades as distinctly branded, individual, specialist recruitment businesses.

Focussed into discrete recruitment markets, each specialist business is aligned to one of the following  market sectors, Finance, Retail, Public Sector, Not for Profit or in an area of technology such as testing, analytics, ERP or digital. These are augmented by other businesses specialising in services which span the various vertical niches - such as recruitment outsourcing or executive search and selection.

This gives us in-depth knowledge of the markets we operate in, the challenges our clients face, and the expertise needed to identify and connect with niche talent. Organising our business in this way is what sets us apart from our competitors as a trusted source of specialist knowledge.
