We are currently looking for an experienced New Business IT Recruitment Consultant to join our Aylesbury based team (45 mins from Marylebone, London) - with the longer term option of working from our Central London City office.
The successful individual will have a proven background in New Business acquisition with a well referenced background in IT Recruitment to date, coupled with an excellent 'can-do' attitude and strong ambition.
We are looking for consistent billers with a track record of achieving, along with the ability to win Clients and maintain excellent relationships.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Manage client and candidate recruitment needs
Promote and market the company with clients and candidates
Regularly update business systems
Achieve agreed KPI’s
Help the team and Managers drive KPI’s effectively
Knowledge/Skills:
Proven track record as a top performer in their market place
Strong interpersonal skills in a variety of business & social
Professional and mature approach
Committed team player
Desire to succeed in a competitive environment
Ability to self-manage
