We are currently looking for ambitious and career focused individuals of graduate calibre to join our team based in Aylesbury.
Purpose of the Role:
Resource and qualify suitable candidates in the fastest possible time
Resource candidates via database and internet searches as well as through networking activity
Support the Sales Team in all aspects of the Sales Cycle
Develop knowledge of the Sales Cycle as a whole
Provide Candidates with unrivalled Customer Services
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Undertake the initial qualification of candidates before presentation to the relevant Account Manager
Maintain regular contact with candidates in order to keep database records up to date
Develop Strong networks in technology and industry sector to help support the full Sales Cycle
Provide excellent customer services to existing candidates, contractors and placements
Support the Sales Team with the necessary day to day administration functions
Develop skills in order to meet the necessary criteria for promotion
Knowledge/Skills:
PC literate – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Fast and accurate data entry skills
Experience of building relationships and establishing excellent rapport Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and face to face
Strong interpersonal skills
The ability to work as part of a team
To be self motivated
Time management and organisational skills with an eye for detail
Highly motivated, driven and ambitious
Passion and dedication to excel in a recruitment career
This will be a varied and fast paced role in which you will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of candidate management, full training will be given with the potential to develop into a Delivery Account Manager if successful.
