Payroll Administrator - 6 month contract (London)

We are currently looking for an experienced payroll administrator to work within our payroll team based in London. The successful individual will be responsible for processing a large number of timesheets for various clients across the group using a pay and bill payroll system.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Accurate processing of data onto the payroll system i.e. timesheets, candidate info etc
Liaising with consultants and clients to ensure accuracy of the information on the Colleague payroll & billing system
Assisting the payroll department and other teams where necessary, i.e. filing, faxing, scanning, and achieving etc
Billing and Invoicing on a weekly/Monthly basis
Dealing with queries, either by phone or email
Knowledge/Skills:
Minimum of one years experience in a payroll department within a recruitment company or Ltd management company - recruitment background would be an advantage
Ability to co-ordinate workloads and meet strict deadlines
Ability work as a team member
Methodical
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
A good working knowledge of Excel, Word
Trustworthy and presentable
Punctual and reliable
