UK Recruitment Squash Tournament

InterQuest Group PLC, one of the leading I.T Staffing companies in the UK is pleased to announce the first ever UK Recruitment Squash Tournament.

The tournament will be open to every recruitment company in the UK, from any sector, any location, with the finals being played on the Glass Squash Court at Canary Wharf March 2012.


This will be a three man a side team tournament with all the profits going to charity. Our prime selected charity this year will be Cancer Research UK, as well as secondary charities including CLIC Sargent, MacMillan and Marie Curie.

The finals will be held the same week as the Canary Wharf Classic part of the world squash calendar, featuring top 10 players in the world.

The Canary Wharf Classic is promoted by Eventis, owned by Tim Garner and ex world number 1 Peter Nicol MBE. The have been very supportive of this event and currently host the Square Mile Squash Tournament the same week for the Financial Services Sector of London. 
 

InterQuest Group is also pleased to announce the opening of a new office in Canary Wharf. Our Financial Services practice, Genesis will be based there, providing even better access to clients and candidates within Banking and Financial Services.

The tournament is the brainchild of one of our founding Directors – Matt Crawcour, an ex professional himself. He commented, ‘with such a fantastic court in an amazing location, it seems appropriate the IT Recruitment sector compete for the squash title whilst raising funds for charity.’
